I enjoyed the breakfast, I like the choices of food and the atmosphere.

I was very disgusted when I looked up and saw hair in the wall in from of me ,in the shower curtain and pubic hair in the floor of bathtub.

This was my really really nice stay on a family visit. Everything was perfectly fine, breakfast was fresh made. Hopefully the room was good basic and well-appointed with mini fridge and microwave and bathtub/shower.

Booked king room with mini fridge and microwave. The hotel was in a marvellous location not far from restaurants, grocery store, Charleston, IL, and the local restaurants. It also was in the middle of jackson.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to everything. It was a convenient drive to Florida, and also near the IHSA State Track meet, which made it easy for us to attend. Additionally, it was situated near the university and a motorcycle dealership where we had some service to take care of. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were impressed with the friendly service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff ensured that everything was well-maintained.

We were a bit disappointed that there was no elevator in the hotel.

The breakfast options were varied and delicious, both hot and cold choices available. The price was very reasonable considering the amenities provided. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and well-cared for. Highly recommend!
